If you have interacted with Kodi addons in the past, you probably know by now that the best way to get them on your media player is through a repository. This guarantees that the addons will update automatically, and that you get the best possible version, as long as the repository is one with good reputation. Some repositories with good reputation include, of course, the official Kodi addon repository and the SuperRepo addon repository. Another very good way to get addons in your Kodi system is through the Fusion Addon installer. In this guide, you will learn how to install it after you get Fusion Repo on your Kodi device. If you install Kodi Addon Installer, you will be able to get good-quality addons for your system. Usually, the Fusion Addon installer also gets you the repository, so you won't have to worry about updating your addons. However, if you read our guide to install Fusion Installer - Method 1, it's done through a .zip file. This makes it difficult to keep the Addon Installer itself properly updated.
It is necessary to have a method that allows us to Install Fusion Repository, and be able to install Kodi Addon installer from it. If you want to get Fusion repo, it's very easy. We will get to that soon. However, a word of advice: the process will be faster if you have a wireless HTPC keyboard connected to your device. The reason is, you will have to type the URL where the repository can be found, and this is a pain to do with the on-screen keyboard.
To install Kodi Addon installer, head to System -> Settings -> Add-ons -> Install from repository. Scroll until you find the TVADDONS.ag Addon Repository. Click on it. Click on Program add-ons. We cannot determine whether all of the Kodi sports addons on the list are legal to use as the laws differ in various countries. We do recommend that you use a virus scanner and check each repository before installing it. Other than this, to maintain online privacy and security, we recommend that you connect to FastestVPN.

Installing add-ons means entering repository sources into your software. Repos are perfectly safe to use, but if you have a lot of them it can slow down your Kodi experience. Read on for some of the best methods to remove and uninstall repositories on any Kodi device.
Removing a repository leaves all of your add-ons intact. It also leaves source URLs on your system, which can be used later to quickly re-download the repository. Note that removing a repo means the associated add-ons will no longer receive updates.
One source of frustration can be the constant add-on updates are channeled through certain repos. If you have tons of repositories installed, Kodi may feel a little sluggish each time you start the app. This is because Kodi scans your add-ons upon boot and checks the repository sources for updates. You can quickly turn this off if you want unobtrusive extensions on your system.
A Kodi addon is an application or program that allows you to watch movies, live TV, cartoons, and more. Kodi addons are easy to download and install, and you can get them from both the official Kodi repository and third-party repositories. For example, you can download the DAZN addon to stream sports live.
What is a Repository? A repository is the storage location where add-ons can be found and installed from (kind of like the app store on your phone). OSMC comes with the Kodi repository by default and has the functionality to add others too.
I installed from the zip-file, and now I get the "Kodi for emby add-on enabled", I then go into "Install from repository" as the old "Get add-ons" has been changed to this *Doesn't mention this in Emby installation guide, maybe I'm missing something.
What you installed is the Stable emby for Kodi add-on repository (it contains actual add-ons available to install). You then need to go to Install from repository > Kodi Emby Add-ons > Video add-ons > Install Emby.
I was having this issue with my odroid. My solution was to check for updates before and after installing the repository. If I did not do it first I think it cached a dependency error and ignored emby. Then since nothing actually changed it would never fully check the emby plugin for compatability again.
If you are using isengard, enable the Kodi debug again. Go into the Emby add-ons repository (stable) - then open the side menu, make sure hide incompatible is unchecked. Does that make the add-on appear? If so, try to install it (it will fail) and post your Kodi log once more. Thanks
I just want to confirm that you know the zip you are installing is the emby repository. Not the addon. You install the repo from a zip, then browse to the video section of the repository and select the emby addon. I only mention this because you said "install Emby addons" If you ment repo, and are not seeing the addons in the repo, just ignore me

Since we know that KODI is a media player which is capable of streaming media content from both offline and online location. In order to stream content from online, you need the help of some additional programs called add-ons. There are two types of kodi addons. One is the official add-ons and the other is 3rd party add-ons. Add-ons are script files for screaming remote contents. And to install them to kodi, you need the help of kodi repositories. In other words, to install these add-ons we first need to install the kodi repositories. These kodi repos will contain the dependencies files required for the proper functioning of add-ons. In this article, we will explain what is kodi repository and a list of best Kodi repositories.
Kodi Repositories act as a space to store common files and they are accessed by add-ons. For the proper functioning of add-ons, a lot of files are required. These support files are called dependencies. Some of the most used dependencies are scrapper and URL Resolver. When developing an addon, the developers use call by function method to call these dependencies files into action. Since some of these files have copyright protection, the developers can only use them. they can modify or change stuff. These files are available in the repository. And when calling for a certain function, the corresponding function will respond from the repository.
Some developers may have their own kodi repositories while some may not. Since most of these files are open source, some developers are skilled enough to change the base code and host it in their own repository. One such repository is Blamo Repository. He is the co-developer of URL Resolver and Exodus.
In install from zip file method, we will download the required files on our local hardware. And during installation, we will redirect to the installer stored location. Whereas in another method we will directly enter the path in the installer and during installation, the installer will download the required files.
The Superrepo is one of the best kodi repositories which has lots of sub-repository due to its vast collections of diverse add-ons. It is the host for most of the evergreen addons. Super repo is the most reliable repository. Super repos have 1700+ addons. In that 1000+ addons are video addons. And it is the largest of all repository. Due to the large size of the repository, they have even provided part installation of the repository. Which means you can install the required part alone. If you are looking for video addons, then you can select the version of kodi you are using followed by the section you want to install. 2b1af7f3a8
